Patient Support Working Student (m/f/d)

About Avi Medical

Avi Medical offers patients first-class, contemporary GP care in modern, centralized practices. Through the smart use of self-developed software, we enable a holistic treatment experience at the highest level. We create a modern working environment for our doctors and MFAs, giving them more time for the essentials and relieving them of administrative tasks: Working with patients, not paperwork.

Your role

Avi Medical firmly believes that patients need a sympathetic ear - not only on site at the practice, but also digitally and by phone. As a working student in Patient Support, you will be responsible for working closely with our practice teams to handle all inquiries via messenger, email or telephone and help ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and advice.

You will also receive messages on a wide range of topics relevant to Avi, which will keep you in close contact with our various departments in the office and allow you to get to know the entire company and our product.

Your tasks

  • Be the point of contact for our patients: You answer messages and telephone inquiries directly or forward them to the right doctors and medical assistants. In close cooperation with our practice teams, you will achieve satisfied patients who feel listened to and cared for.
  • Advise our patients: In regular calls, you will proactively and competently advise our patients on the best possible treatments and work with motivation to achieve the team's goals.
  • Improve our processes: You identify at an early stage when something is not running smoothly and help to work out optimized processes. You actively contribute to the development of a seamless patient journey.
  • Process patient reviews: You handle online reviews from our patients in collaboration with the practice teams and work in a solution-oriented manner to continuously improve the service with the help of patient feedback.

Your profile

  • Very good communication skills and team spirit
  • Empathy, patient orientation and pleasure in communicating with a wide range of contacts
  • High level of personal responsibility, independence, reliability and organizational skills
  • Interest in medical topics, ideally initial experience in the healthcare sector
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
