Avi Medical offers patients first-class, contemporary GP care in modern, centralized practices. Through the smart use of self-developed software, we enable a holistic treatment experience at the highest level. We create a modern working environment for our doctors and MFAs, giving them more time for the essentials and relieving them of administrative tasks: Working with patients, not paperwork.  

Our benefits for you

  • Working hours: Family-friendly working hours full-time (38.5 hours) or part-time and
  • Flexibility: We have no core working hours, i.e. a lot of freedom in terms of working hours

This is what your annual salary looks like

  • €83,000 - €100,000 basic salary depending on previous experience 

Your tasks

  • You care for your patients from your home office via telemedicine
  • You independently take care of the consultation, diagnosis and treatment of general medical patients.
  • We support your work by providing a comprehensive software solution including our own app for patients and the practice.
  • We take care of administrative activities such as personnel or purchasing centrally

Your first year with us

After three months, you will be thoroughly familiar with our practice processes and software. With the support of the medical management, you will ensure optimal patient treatment and thus ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. You will also have a good knowledge of statutory and private health insurance billing and guidelines.

After six months , you will have a good understanding of our software and practice processes. Through your excellent treatment, you will achieve a particularly high level of patient satisfaction and convince our patients of our offers, such as the GP program. You meet expectations in terms of billing and scheduling.

After twelve months , you will be able to use all of our software features intuitively and solve minor hardware or software problems independently. You will treat all your patients within the allotted time and thus continue to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction. 

What you bring

  • Specialist title for general medicine or internal medicine recognized in Germany
  • Interest in the further development of medical concepts and processes as well as digital applications
  • Good knowledge of English
